How Vertex works.
No manual tweaking, no registry editing, no guesswork. Vertex reads your hardware, applies a tuned profile, and gives you a single switch to undo everything.
Install & scan
Vertex scans your CPU, GPU, network adapter, and running services to build a picture of what's slowing your system down.
Choose your modules
Turn on the tuning modules you want — network, CPU scheduling, background task purge, or memory — individually or all together.
Apply the profile
Every change is applied in one pass and logged, so nothing is touched blindly and nothing is permanent unless you want it to be.
Revert anytime
One click restores every setting Vertex changed back to stock, exactly as it was before you installed it.
What each module actually does.
Vertex is split into four independent modules. Run one or run all four — they don't depend on each other.
Network
Finds the lowest-latency route to your game's servers and holds it steady, while background downloads, cloud sync, and update traffic get pushed out of the way so they can't spike your ping mid-match.
CPU scheduler
Parks non-essential background threads off your fastest cores so your game gets priority access to them, smoothing out the frame-time spikes that cause stutter.
Task purge
Shuts down telemetry services, search indexing, and startup bloat that's known to cause frame drops — without touching anything you actually use day to day.
Cache tuning
Rebalances your page file and standby memory allocation so memory-heavy games stay consistent during long sessions instead of degrading over time.
Before you install.
Windows 10 / 11
Both 64-bit editions are fully supported. No specific edition or build requirement.
No minimum spec
Vertex runs on anything from budget builds to high-end rigs — older hardware often sees the biggest gains.
Admin access
Some tuning changes require administrator permissions on first install.
Under 5 minutes
From download to your first tuned session, most installs take less time than a game update.
System-level, not game-level.
Most "FPS boosters" just close a few apps. Vertex works underneath your games — at the OS, driver, and network layer — so the improvement applies to every title you launch, not just one.
Because it never touches game files or memory, it stays completely outside anti-cheat scope.
